Physics Night With The New York Islanders - March 2, 2010
Physics night with the New York Islanders included a presentation highlighting key physics concepts and how they relate to hockey. Topics included power, friction, kinematics, action/reaction, center of gravity, impulse/momentum, incidence/reflection, conservation of energy and conservation of momentum. Many are concepts in the NYS Core Curriculum.
