sure to meet with your counselor to discuss your college application
plans. Your counselor is available to assist you with questions about completing
your applications, and will review your applications and any supporting
documentation (essays, recommendations, etc.) before you mail them at
your request. It is the student's responsibility to mail all college applications, essays, fees, and academic resume materials to the appropriate campuses. The Counseling Department will mail transcripts, mid-year reports, standardized test scores and teacher recommendations as needed. Links to the necessary forms to request such materials are listed below and are available in the Counseling Office. All items on each form must be completed in order to be processed. Be sure to be aware of application deadlines as it may take up to one week to process requests. Acrobat Reader is necessary to open these documents. |
